Job summary

You will lead network design, contracting, and market-based pricing initiatives, collaborating with PBMs, providers, and internal stakeholders to reduce costs while preserving member access.

The role requires deep industry experience, strategic planning skills, and the ability to translate complex market dynamics into actionable plans for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required).
• 5+ years of experience in related field or 7+ years in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Identify, analyze, and implement specialty pharmacy network strategies and contracting opportunities to support affordability goals.
• Develop and execute network optimization strategies including design, performance management, and market-based reimbursement.
• Support strategic planning, financial/ qualitative analysis, and business case development for contracting decisions.
• Translate network dynamics into strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
• Present strategies, metrics, and impact assessments to internal audiences at all levels, including executives.
