Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare strategy.
• Experience with network design, pricing, contracting, and affordability initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement specialty pharmacy network strategies and contracting opportunities.
• Develop network optimization strategies, including design and pricing methodologies.
• Support strategic planning with financial and qualitative analysis.
• Translate market dynamics into strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
• Present strategies and impact assessments to executives.
• Collaborate across departments to advance specialty pharmacy affordability solutions.
• Monitor industry and regulatory trends affecting network performance.
• Engage with specialty pharmacies, PBMs, vendors, and providers to explore opportunities.
• Communicate progress and outcomes across the portfolio.
• Advance network-based solutions to reduce unit costs.
