Job summary

Pawnee Mental Health Services is seeking a Recovery Services Manager to lead the RS program across our 10-county service area, ensuring quality, compliance, and continued service viability. You will supervise staff, develop budgets, and collaborate with medical and local partners.

The role requires a Master's in relevant field, Kansas QMHP licensure, LMAC certification, and 5 years in behavioral health with leadership experience. Strong communication and operational oversight are essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in related field and licensure required.
• LMAC certification required.
• 5 years of direct experience in behavioral health or substance use treatment.

Responsibilities

• Direct the Recovery Services (RS) program across a 10-county service area to ensure quality and continuity of services.
• Provide training to RS program personnel.
• Hire, supervise and evaluate staff, including supervisors, and ensure training aligns with program needs.
• Assist in budgeting to balance RS program needs with Pawnee’s financial objectives and ensure client care standards are met.
• Oversee development/maintenance of program records and reporting obligations.
• Develop and monitor policies, procedures and outcomes for the RS program.
• Lead or participate in committees and work groups as assigned.
• Maintain compliance with state reporting and licensing requirements.
