Job summary

Omnicell is seeking a Senior Director to own the Pharmacy Management System (PMS), automation strategy (RPA), and process improvement across Specialty Pharmacy Services and 340B operations. You will bridge pharmacy operations with technology, enabling growth to 175+ pharmacies while improving efficiency and quality.

You will lead end-to-end PMS workflows, deploy high-value automation, and drive standardized processes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in pharmacy technology or operations with leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of PMS and 340B workflows.
• Proven track record in RPA, workflow automation, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Own PMS strategy, requirements, configuration, and governance with Technology teams.
• Develop and execute automation/RPA strategy to reduce repetitive manual work.
• Lead Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement across SPS and 340B.
• Partner with Pharmacy Operations, Analytics, Product, and Tech to align priorities.
