Baylor University is seeking an Assistant Vice President of Parent & Family Giving to lead the parent philanthropy program and its fundraising team. The role focuses on cultivating high-capacity parent families and coordinating with Principal Gifts, Regional Development, and academic units to advance Baylor's priorities.

The position requires a bachelor's degree and four years of relevant experience, with a master's degree and six years preferred.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree plus four years of relevant fundraising or related experience required.
• Master's degree and six years of relevant experience preferred.
• Additional education or experience considered in lieu of one another.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward a focused portfolio of high-capacity parent donors toward greater philanthropy.
• Lead strategic communication and engagement for the Parent Advisory Council and build strong relationships with parents and campus leaders.
• Manage a focused portfolio while directing parent-facing fundraisers and ensuring prospect development and movement.
• Partner with university units to advance coordinated parent philanthropy aligned with Baylor priorities.
• Establish measurable goals for parent philanthropy and coach the fundraising team toward donor engagement and gift commitments.
• Perform other duties to support Baylor's mission and comply with university policies.
