Job summary

Qualifications

• Five plus years of progressive experience in advancement or fundraising in a non-profit setting that involves volunteers, preferably in an independent school, higher education, or related non-profit setting.
• Proven success qualifying, acquiring, and retaining annual fund donors.
• Experience with CRM platforms and data-driven fundraising metrics to guide decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Carry a promising portfolio of current parents and focus on acquisition, retention, and upgrades to ensure pipeline growth in annual giving.
