Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or related field required; Master's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and vision for plant operations, driving safety, teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Deliver key business results in safety, quality, delivery, cost and employee engagement.
• Drive Operational Excellence through Lean tools, systems thinking and problem-solving.
• Collaborate with Engineering, HR, Finance and Supply Chain to support business objectives; champion People First, We Work Together, We Learn and Grow.
• Monitor KPIs and take proactive steps to improve efficiency, reduce waste and drive customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulatory requirements and safety standards; act as change agent.
