Job summary

Sanofi Inc. seeks an Associate Director of Managed Care Operations in Morristown, NJ. You will lead crucial processes for CMS programs, PBM prefunding, and AI-driven efficiency improvements within a fast-paced, regulated environment.

You’ll collaborate across Treasury, Finance, Legal, Pricing, and Digital teams, ensuring SOX compliance and timely invoicing. Strong project management and vendor collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4 years of Model N experience.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excel proficiency (Microsoft Office Tools).
• Effective collaboration with external vendors.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Shape MFP internal process architecture and define business requirements.
• Design end-to-end PBM prefunding with PBMs and coordinate with Treasury and Finance.
• Drive AI initiatives to improve operational efficiency in Managed Care Operations.
• Own end-to-end processing and reporting for all CMS IRA programs and deadlines.
• Lead transition from legacy ECP to Validata platform; develop training programs.
• Support SOX control compliance and coordinate with PwC audit activities.
• Process and manage invoices from managed care customers beyond Big 3; resolve discrepancies.
• Train and mentor team members; ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
• Partner with multiple functions as SME across managed care disciplines.
• Support ad hoc projects for the Director, Managed Care Operations.
