Qualifications

• Expert understanding of the U.S. payer landscape, contracting, rebate management.
• Experience leading large blended internal and outsourced teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor and service partner to U.S. Market Access leadership.
• Establish and chair governance forum for Market Access operations.
• Own architecture, delivery and lifecycle across the Market Access application landscape and integrations.
• Manage the investment envelope with rigorous financial governance, milestone tracking and value realization.
• Lead and develop a team of managers and specialists across internal and outsourced resources.
