Job summary

Sanofi in Morristown, NJ, is seeking a Manager, Managed Care Operations to oversee contract analytics for Commercial, Medicare Part D, and Medical Claims. You will analyze terms, monitor payments for adherence to contracts, and present insights to leadership on a monthly or quarterly basis.

The role involves supporting General Medications and Specialty units, coordinating with Contract Development, IT, and Finance, and ensuring SOX-compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree strongly preferred.
• 3+ years of work experience, with 2 years in an operations role preferred.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Professional manner and tact.
• Strong oral and written communications skills.
• Model N experience preferred.
• Organized, accurate and detail oriented, disciplined and dedicated to superior quality work.
• Strong sense of commitment and teamwork.
• Ability to work independently.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools.

Responsibilities

• Analytics and reporting on 2 Top National Accounts.
• Manage all aspects of a national contract including analyzing terms and conditions to appropriately set up contracts, update for contract amendments and adjudicate claims accurately.
• Analyze rebate payments utilizing reporting tools and third-party data sources to compare quarterly (or monthly) sales, rebates, and market share trends.
• Lead account manager meetings to provide insight into the top accounts and products.
• Partner with Contract Development and account management to operationalize complex / value-based contracts.
• Research and develop reports for General Medications and Specialty quarterly Finance reserve meeting.
• Ad hoc request support.
