Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in higher education, student affairs, leadership, education, public administration, or related field.
• Progressively responsible professional experience in student leadership development, community engagement, service-learning, volunteer programs, or related area.
• Experience supervising and developing professional staff, graduate assistants, or student employees.
• Experience developing leadership curricula, learning outcomes, or competency-based programs.
• Experience managing budgets and stewarding financial resources.
• Experience building partnerships with nonprofit, public, or community organizations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, develop, and evaluate assigned staff and programs within the department.
• Manage program and endowment budgets within the portfolio.
• Align resources with priorities and student learning outcomes.
• Develop and maintain operational practices, timelines, and success measures.
• Provide oversight for risk management and university requirements related to student activities.
