CSL Plasma in Knoxville seeks an Associate Director, Laboratory Operations to lead the laboratory across shifts, ensuring safety, quality, regulatory adherence, and operational efficiency while preparing for future growth.

You will manage Managers and Senior Managers, collaborate with Quality, Validation, HR, Facilities, IT, and other business partners, and oversee staffing, budgets, and CAPA programs to sustain high-volume plasma testing.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical, biological, or clinical laboratory science from an accredited institution; Medical Technologist preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant laboratory experience with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
• Working knowledge of FDA regulations including GMP, GLP, and CLIA standards.

• Translate lab-wide goals into actionable plans and KPIs for assigned departments.
• Lead performance reviews and monitor KPIs to ensure goal achievement.
• Drive operational excellence, process optimization, and infrastructure upgrades to improve throughput and quality.
• Oversee day-to-day capacity for high-volume testing and product release.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain inspection readiness; lead CAPAs.
