Job summary

CSL Plasma is seeking an Assistant Manager of Quality to ensure the plasma center remains inspection ready by enforcing SOPs, the quality system, and regulatory requirements. You will lead the site Quality Control program, monitor KPIs, and drive CAPA processes across audits with suppliers, customers, and regulators.

You will develop staff, recruit when needed, and partner with center management to streamline processes that improve service quality, yields, and compliance in a dynamic, regulated

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in scientific discipline/life sciences or related discipline.
• 5+ years' experience related to quality and regulatory/ Plasma industry experience.
• Demonstrated leadership/supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of government and industry regulations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure center is “inspection ready” by managing SOPs and the quality system.
• Manage site Quality Control program including calibrations, sampling, KPIs, trending and analysis.
• Lead and develop direct reports to ensure QA readiness; recruit, hire, review performance, and implement corrective actions.
• Partner with management to streamline center processes, improving customer/donor service, product yields and compliance.
• Lead audits with suppliers, customers and regulators; coordinate CAPA and closure of findings.
• Maintain a safe, compliant work environment and ensure proper documentation and HR compliance.
