• Lead Indirect ICoE Transformation Strategy with multi-year roadmap.
• Own Indirect Analytics Strategy and Execution with actionable insights.
• Steward the Indirect CoE Tech Stack and ensure scalable systems.
• Drive Data Governance and Quality across procurement systems.
• Deliver high-impact dashboards and reporting for executives.
• Measure and report KPIs for indirect procurement operations.
• Champion process automation and AI in sourcing workflows.
• Provide strategic support for sourcing events and negotiations.
• Act as change agent to foster data-driven decision-making.
