This role partners with Finance and IT, owns analytics strategy, dashboards, data governance, and KPI reporting. The position offers a flexible hybrid schedule with in-person days at multiple core locations including Scarborough, ME.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics or related field.
• 5-7 years of analytics experience.
• Experience with large data sets and diverse systems.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Strong storytelling and stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

• Lead indirect ICoE transformation strategy and multi-year roadmap.
• Design and deliver insights through descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytics.
• Oversee the indirect tech stack integration and optimization.
• Govern data quality and standards across systems.
• Build executive dashboards and reporting for decision-making.
• Define and monitor KPIs for savings, compliance, and supplier performance.
• Champion automation and AI to streamline sourcing workflows.
• Support sourcing events with ad hoc analyses.
• Act as a change agent to promote data-driven decision-making.
