Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 5-7 years of analytics experience with large data sets.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong storytelling and senior stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

• Lead Indirect ICoE Transformation Strategy and multi-year roadmap.
• Own Indirect Analytics Strategy with descriptive and prescriptive models.
• Oversee Indirect CoE tech stack and system integration.
• Drive data governance, quality, and standardisation across systems.
• Deliver executive dashboards and actionable insights.
• Define and monitor KPIs for indirect procurement operations.
• Champion automation, AI, and process innovation.
• Support sourcing events with timely analytics and reporting.
• Act as change agent and mentor across the organisation.
