Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Supply Chain or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in an analytics role.
• Proven ability to work with large data sets and diverse data from disparate systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Strong storytelling skills; translate data into strategic recommendations.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Lead Indirect ICoE Transformation Strategy: develop and execute a multi-year roadmap to modernise indirect sourcing.
• Owns Indirect Analytics Strategy and Execution: design and deliver actionable insights through advanced analytics.
• Steward the Indirect CoE Tech Stack: oversee selection, integration, and optimisation of digital tools.
• Drive Data Governance and Quality: organise, cleanse, and standardise indirect procurement data.
• Deliver High-Impact Dashboards and Reporting: build executive and operational dashboards.
• Measure and Report KPIs: define and monitor KPIs for indirect procurement.
• Champion Process Innovation, Automation, and AI technologies: pilot and scale new approaches.
• Provide Strategic Support for Sourcing Events: deliver ad hoc analysis to support negotiations and strategy.
• Act as a Change Agent Across the Organisation: promote data-driven decision making and mentor teams.
