Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business, Data Analytics, Supply Chain or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in analytics roles.
• Strong storytelling and ability to translate data into insights for sourcing decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead Indirect ICoE Transformation Strategy with a multi-year roadmap.
• Own Indirect Analytics Strategy and execution with descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive models.
• Steward the Indirect CoE tech stack and ensure scalable, governance-aligned tools.
• Drive data governance and quality across systems and stakeholders.
• Deliver high-impact dashboards and reporting for executives and operations.
• Define and monitor KPIs for indirect procurement operations.
• Champion automation, AI, and process innovation in sourcing workflows.
• Provide strategic support for sourcing events and supplier negotiations.
• Act as a change agent to promote data-driven decision-making.
