Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressively responsible experience leading large-scale, complex initiatives in strategy, integration, analytics, or supply chain transformation.
• 5+ years of leadership experience with direct accountability for teams, budgets, and performance.
• Healthcare leadership experience with enterprise-scale transformation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and govern the enterprise supply chain strategic roadmap aligned with organizational goals.
• Lead analytics and BI strategy; oversee data collection, validation, interpretation, and reporting to optimize performance.
• Direct large-scale integration and transformation initiatives, including system implementations and process standardization.
• Partner with executive leadership and stakeholders to create innovative solutions improving efficiency and costs.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean, benchmarking, and change management across the supply chain.
• Advance technology and digital capabilities through collaboration with IT to enhance data integration and interoperability.
• Provide leadership for budgeting, workforce planning, and talent development within the department.
