Qualifications

• BA in Supply Chain Management, project management, cost accounting, finance, e-business/e-procurement systems, or relevant field.
• 10+ years of progressive accountability in supply chain management with 20+ locations and full budgetary responsibility.
• Experience with SAP MM, AP Modules, SAP Plant Maintenance; P2P procurement and spend rationalization.
• Experience building scalable processes and hiring high-performing teams.
• Ability to influence leadership and clinical operations; manage diverse stakeholders.
• Contract negotiation and cross-functional business process leadership.
• Commitment to a safe, respectful, innovative work environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop cohesive strategies and execute tactical plans to transform the supply chain into a modern, center-led model.
• Lead strategic sourcing, procurement programs, spend diagnostics, RFI/RFPs, negotiations, and supplier management.
• Oversee inventory, warehousing, distribution, and transportation across locations.
• Recruit, build and lead a high-performing team and align with clinical operations stakeholders.
