• Partnering with executives to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and drive growth.
• Fostering continuous improvement with Lean, benchmarking, and change management.
• Advancing technology and interoperability across the supply chain.
• Providing leadership for budgeting, workforce planning, and performance management.
