Responsibilities

• Provide enterprise leadership for strategy, governance and execution of Supply Chain Purchasing.
• Oversee procurement systems, workflows, and data governance; optimize ERP/MMIS.
• Drive procurement performance via KPIs, dashboards, SLAs, and reporting for transparency and executive decision‑making.
• Partner with sourcing, contracting, finance, and operations to improve spend visibility and contract compliance.
• Lead purchasing for goods, services and capital; resolve supplier and system issues; escalate as needed.
• Foster continuous improvement and talent development within the procurement organization.
