Job summary

HealthTrust seeks a Director of Supply Chain Operations to lead enterprise supply chain across facilities, distribution, inventory, warehousing, and procurement, ensuring uninterrupted product availability and high-quality patient care.

You will partner with clinical, operational, and financial leaders to standardize processes, drive automation, and continuous improvement while meeting regulatory standards and service levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field (Healthcare, Business, Logistics).
• Master’s degree (MBA/MHA) preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive healthcare supply chain leadership experience.
• Experience leading multi-site healthcare supply chain operations.
• Proven success in improving standardization, inventory optimization, and performance metrics.
• Experience managing operational budgets, KPIs, and resource planning.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for supply chain across facilities, distribution, and centralized warehouse operations.
• Direct execution of supply chain strategies and programs aligned with priorities.
• Lead facility operations, inventory management, replenishment, logistics, and distribution.
• Set annual goals, milestones, and performance objectives for supply chain functions.
• Develop and improve the enterprise operating model for hospitals and care sites.
• Ensure standardized practices, policies, and performance expectations.
