Job summary

AIDS Foundation Chicago is seeking a Senior Director of Grants and Contracts to lead the end-to-end grants and contracts process, ensure compliant budgeting and reporting, and support organizational funding needs.

The role focuses on managing budgets, overseeing subrecipient contracts, and maintaining strong communication with internal teams and funders. The position is based in Illinois with a comprehensive benefits package and competitive salary.

Responsibilities

• Manage and improve grant process with standardized procedures from pre-award to post-award.
• Oversee grants and contracts budgets, budget revisions, and subrecipient contracts.
• Ensure timely submission of funder financial reports and proper vouchering to funders.
• Lead annual Single Audit coordination and ensure compliance with funder requirements.
• Coordinate fiscal site visits and audits with funders and oversee subrecipient monitoring.
