Southern Nazarene University invites applicants for the Assistant Director of Graduate Programs in Business (GPB). This 12-month faculty appointment blends teaching, administration, and leadership to advance GPB’s mission.

The AD carries a teaching load of four courses per academic year and collaborates with the Program Director to shape curriculum, assessment, and student success while fostering a Christ-centered learning environment.

Qualifications

• PhD or doctoral degree in business, management, or related field.
• Minimum of three years of graduate-level teaching in higher education.
• Experience with curriculum development, assessment, or faculty leadership.

Responsibilities

• Teach four courses per academic year.
• Lead or co-lead revisions of courses and development of new programs.
• Coordinate programmatic assessment and reporting with Registrar’s Office.
• Support student success, advising, and equity initiatives.
• Promote program growth, partnerships, and AI integration in pedagogy.
• Mentor adjuncts and supervise faculty evaluations.
