Qualifications

• Must hold active PTA or PT license in any US jurisdiction.
• Master’s degree required; CAPTE exemption acceptable.
• Minimum 5 years post-licensure experience, incl. 3 years clinical.
• Experience in teaching and in administration/leadership.
• Familiar with CAPTE accreditation requirements.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic direction for the PTA program.
• Maintain CAPTE accreditation and program standards.
• Oversee curriculum, teaching, evaluation, and budget.
• Supervise core and adjunct faculty; recruit and retain staff.
