Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of related work experience and/or relevant training.
• Competency in spreadsheets, merge functions, and shared drive systems.
• Typing, spelling, and grammar competency.

Responsibilities

• Provides administrative help to the VPAA-CUGS and to the General Education Director.
• Tracks attendance and supports attendance reporting practices.
• Collaborates with HR in hiring CUGS adjunct faculty.

Skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to prioritize multiple demands

Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
