Job summary

Wilton School District is seeking an Assistant Superintendent for Curriculum and Instruction to provide leadership across K-12 curriculum, assessment, and professional learning. You will supervise instructional leaders in collaboration with principals and coordinate with the Director of Digital Learning to enhance technology integration in instruction.

Qualifications

• Eligible for Connecticut Intermediate Administrator or Supervisor (092) certification
• Advanced degree preferred in curriculum/educational administration
• Minimum of six years' experience as a school administrator with staff supervision and program evaluation
• Additional qualifications as appropriate and acceptable

Responsibilities

• Lead K-12 curriculum articulation and evaluation with certified staff
• Coordinate district-wide assessment programs and professional learning
• Collaborate with district leaders to implement Board policies and programs
• Oversee budget analysis and staffing recommendations as assigned
• Support integration of digital resources and technology into instruction
