Stanislaus Community Foundation in Stanislaus County seeks a Senior Strategy Officer to design, lead, and manage community impact work within the 10-year framework. Reporting to the President & CEO, you will build partnerships, guide grantmaking, and translate an ambitious vision into programs that drive real change across the region.

• 6–10 years of progressive experience in philanthropy, community development, nonprofit management, program design, or a related field.
• Systems awareness with ability to identify gaps and opportunities in complex community ecosystems.
• Strong record building partnerships with diverse stakeholders toward shared outcomes.
• Experience working with youth and civic leadership programs preferred.
• Knowledge of Stanislaus County or Central Valley and commitment to equity.
• Experience designing and managing grant programs with transparency and community focus.
• Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and facilitative.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Architect components of SCF's 10-year leadership framework—develop strategy, priorities, and action plans with the CEO.
• Design and manage grantmaking within assigned domains, including cycles, grantee relationships, evaluation, and alignment with donor priorities.
• Convene partnerships with nonprofits, government, residents, and funders; represent SCF in regional networks and funder tables.
• Lead learning and accountability by tracking outcomes and contributing to the impact framework with data and community voice.
