Job summary
The University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus, within the College of Nursing, seeks an Assistant Dean of Graduate Programs (IRC-Instructional Faculty). The role includes leading master's, post-graduate certificates, and DNP programs with release time as an Associate Professor/Professor, reporting to the Associate Dean of Academic Programs.
The position emphasizes strategic direction, curriculum quality, accreditation readiness, and collaboration with specialty directors and academic leaders
Qualifications
- Bachelor and advanced degrees in nursing with DNP/PhD by hire.
- Unencumbered RN license in Colorado eligible.
- Proven teaching, leadership, and scholarship record for rank.
- Experience in curriculum development and graduate nursing education.
- Ability to lead accreditation and program evaluation.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership for master's, certificate, and DNP programs.
- Monitor curriculum effectiveness and student outcomes.
- Collaborate with directors and faculty to align priorities.
- Oversee accreditation preparation and program evaluation.
- Lead graduate program growth, innovation, and data analysis.
- Support student success and faculty workload planning.
