Job summary

Lumen seeks a highly experienced Senior Director of Corporate Ethics and Compliance to lead our ethics and compliance programs and the corporate investigations function across the organization.

You will guide management, coordinate internal audits, manage the whistleblower hotline, and ensure ongoing adherence to laws, regulations, and industry standards while fostering an ethical culture throughout the company.

Qualifications

• JD required or equivalent with strong ethics/compliance background.
• Minimum 10 years in ethics, compliance or investigations.
• Deep knowledge of applicable laws and industry standards.
• Proven track record of building and leading programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead ethics and compliance programs in alignment with laws and guidelines.
• Oversee corporate investigations team and whistleblower hotline.
• Report to Board committees on program status and observations.
• Conduct risk assessments and audits; implement remediation actions.
• Collaborate with internal audit on compliance matters.
• Develop and deliver training on ethics and compliance.
• Provide strategic counsel to senior management on compliance issues.
• Monitor for noncompliance and ensure continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve compliance issues.
