The Aerospace Corporation's Engineering and Technology Group (ETG) Front Office seeks a strategic leader to guide executive communications, budgeting, and cross‑functional initiatives across ETG divisions.

You will partner with the ETG Senior Vice President to drive outcomes, oversee multi‑million‑dollar portfolios, and align resources with corporate priorities in a high‑impact, mission‑critical environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, mathematics, science, or related technical discipline.
• Proven executive leadership experience managing large, complex technical organizations.
• Strong financial management, budget planning and execution oversight.

Responsabilités

• Lead the ETG Front Office team and coordinate with senior leadership.
• Oversee budget planning, cost/schedule management and resource allocation for multi‑million‑dollar portfolios.
• Represent ETG in corporate meetings and drive strategic initiatives and stakeholder communications.
