Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Senior Director of Enterprise Security Architecture to lead the definition, governance, and enforcement of enterprise-wide security architecture strategy. The role aligns cybersecurity architecture with business strategy, regulatory obligations, and risk appetite, and interfaces with EA, Cloud, Data, AI, and Infrastructure domains.

The leader partners with the CISO and technology leadership to build scalable, measurable defense capabilities and to drive security by design

Qualifications

• Demands deep knowledge of enterprise security architecture and governance.
• Experience collaborating with CISO and IT leadership.
• Strong ability to translate risk into architectural guardrails.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain enterprise security architecture vision and multi-year roadmap.
• Align security architecture with corporate strategy and modernization initiatives.
• Establish target-state architectures with Zero Trust principles.
• Translate risk appetite into enforceable architectural guardrails.
• Develop standardized reference architectures for cloud, IAM, data protection, network, app security, AI security, and OT/IoT.
