Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Senior Director of Enterprise Security Architecture to lead the definition, governance, and enforcement of enterprise security strategy. This leader aligns cybersecurity with business goals, regulatory obligations, and risk appetite while coordinating with EA, Cloud, Data, AI, and Infrastructure teams.

You will build reference architectures, drive security-by-design in SDLC, chair the SARB, translate regulatory requirements into standards, and lead a global team of security

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years in information security with 8+ years in a leadership role.
• Certifications in CCSP/CISSP/TOGAF/CISM or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the enterprise security architecture vision and multi-year roadmap.
• Align security architecture with corporate strategy and technology modernization.
• Chair or co-chair the Security Architecture Review Board (SARB).
• Translate regulatory and risk requirements into technical control standards.
• Lead security architecture assessments for acquisitions and large programs.
