Job summary

Cencora seeks an senior leader to direct Enterprise Security Architecture, aligning security strategy with business goals and regulatory demands. You will drive architecture across Cloud, AI, Data, and IT domains, building partnerships with CISO and technology leaders to strengthen defense capabilities and safer digital transformation.

With 12+ years of experience, you will set standards, lead SARB, and advance risk-driven architecture through measurable KPIs while shaping enterprise-wide

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Master's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 12+ years of relevant experience with 8+ years in a managerial role.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the enterprise security architecture vision and multi-year roadmap.
• Align security architecture with corporate strategy and digital transformation.
• Establish target-state architectures with Zero Trust principles.
• Translate risk appetite into enforceable architectural guardrails.
• Develop reference architectures for Cloud, IAM, data protection, network segmentation, and AI security.
• Ensure security-by-design in SDLC and platform engineering.
• Govern architecture artifacts across global units; chair SARB.
• Define security architecture review processes and risk workflows.
• Partner with Enterprise Architecture for governance; translate regulatory requirements into standards.
• Lead security assessments for acquisitions and integration/divestiture planning.
• Drive automation of control validation and policy-as-code enforcement.
• Support regulatory readiness and data residency commitments.
