Job summary

Starbucks is seeking a Manager of Strategy, Engineering Deployment and Scale-up to define future coffeehouse experiences, operating models, and equipment strategies that drive long-term growth.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives across Retail Operations, Product, Coffeehouse Development, Finance, Supply Chain, Technology, and Customer Experience to identify opportunities and develop actionable recommendations for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Progressive experience in strategy, consulting, operations, product strategy, or business transformation.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs involving multiple business functions and senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and business case development skills.
• Ability to translate complex operational challenges into strategic recommendations.
• Experience influencing leaders and driving alignment without direct authority.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including executive-level presentations and storytelling.
• Demonstrated experience developing long-term strategies, operating models, or innovation roadmaps.
• Experience managing others, 3+ years

Responsibilities

• Develop enterprise growth strategies across the Starbucks ecosystem.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives spanning Retail Operations, Product, Coffeehouse Development, Finance, Supply Chain, Technology, and Customer Experience.
• Build quantitative analyses, business cases, and scenario models for strategic decisions.
• Present recommendations to senior leadership and secure alignment across teams.
