Job summary

Starbucks is seeking a director-level leader to own Retail Infrastructure Services for company-owned stores in the U.S. and Canada. You will shape the operating model, align cross-functional teams, and drive supplier governance to ensure reliable store technology and scalable services.

The role requires strong financial discipline, stakeholder influence, and a track record of delivering complex retail infrastructure programs with a focus on automation and modernization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in technology, engineering, business, operations, or a related field.
• 10+ years in infrastructure or retail technology leadership.
• Strong communication with senior leaders and executive teams.
• Experience managing large, multi-site operations and supplier governance.

Responsibilities

• Own RIS strategy, roadmap, and operating model for US/Canada stores.
• Oversee end-to-end service performance for openings, remodels, and sustainment.
• Lead supplier strategy, governance, and cost discipline.
• Drive continuous improvement, automation, and AI-enabled workflows.
