Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Head of Emerging & Digital Therapeutics to lead strategy and governance for innovative therapies. This remote US-based role partners with clinical, growth, and operations teams to shape implementation pathways that ensure patient outcomes and risk standards.

You will drive clinical integration, evaluate governance for new modalities, and supervise cross-functional initiatives across departments while staying aligned with care quality and organizational readiness.

Qualifications

• Master’s/doctoral/medical degree in behavioral health or related field.
• 7+ years leadership in behavioral healthcare or healthcare innovation.
• Experience with digital therapeutics and FDA-cleared products.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong evidence-based care and operational implementation.
• Excellent communication for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the roadmap for emerging therapeutic approaches
• Evaluate and recommend governance for new therapeutic interventions
• Lead clinical integration planning for new modalities across departments
• Collaborate with growth teams to assess scalability of therapeutics
• Create clinical protocols and workflows for safe implementation
