You will drive clinical integration, evaluate governance for new modalities, and supervise cross-functional initiatives across departments while staying aligned with care quality and organizational readiness.

Qualifications

• Master’s/doctoral/medical degree in behavioral health or related field.
• 7+ years leadership in behavioral healthcare or healthcare innovation.
• Experience with digital therapeutics and FDA-cleared products.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong evidence-based care and operational implementation.
• Excellent communication for diverse audiences.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Head of Emerging & Digital Therapeutics to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This leader is focused on advancing new care modalities and thoughtfully integrating them into clinical operations in a way that supports both patient outcomes and organizational readiness. The role will shape the strategy, governance, and execution for emerging therapeutic approaches, with a particular emphasis on digital therapeutics and evidence-based innovation. You will partner closely with clinical, growth, and operational stakeholders to assess scalability, define safe implementation pathways, and ensure new offerings are aligned with care quality and risk standards.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $190,000 – $236,000 annually
