Job summary

LifeStance Health Inc. seeks a Head of Emerging & Digital Therapeutics to identify and responsibly scale new therapeutic approaches that improve clinical outcomes in mental health.

The role partners across departments to assess evidence, safety, workflow impact, and regulatory considerations before implementation. You will lead governance, clinical integration, and learning plans, collaborating with technology, data, operations, psychiatry, research, and medical leadership to ensure safe

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in behavioral health, healthcare, digital health, or related field.
• 7+ years of leadership in behavioral healthcare, healthcare innovation, digital health, or related settings.
• Experience with digital therapeutics and FDA-cleared PDTs.
• Experience evaluating technology-enabled clinical programs or care delivery models.
• Ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives from concept through implementation and measurement.
• Strong understanding of patient safety, privacy, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent written, verbal, and executive-level communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the enterprise roadmap for emerging therapeutic approaches.
• Evaluate, recommend, and support governance for emerging therapeutic interventions.
• Lead clinical integration planning for new modalities in collaboration with technology, data, and clinical ops teams.
• Partner with growth to evaluate clinical and operational scalability of emerging therapeutics.
• Develop protocols, workflows, and provider enablement materials for safe and effective implementation.
• Monitor regulatory, clinical, scientific, and market landscape for implications on operations and strategy.
• Establish governance criteria for risk, safety, privacy, compliance, and readiness before implementation.
• Collaborate with clinical leaders on data collection, outcomes, safety monitoring, and implementation frameworks.
• Assist the organization in using AI tools, EHR optimization, and other innovation enablers to improve care delivery.
