Dentsu International Americas seeks an Associate Director to lead daily investment and activation across digital, programmatic, and national video media for assigned client accounts. You will translate client objectives into tactical recommendations, oversee negotiations, and ensure investments deliver on goals.

In this role you’ll mentor the team, manage budgets, QA campaigns, and partner across planning, creative, analytics, and account teams to drive growth and ensure high-quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6+ years of media investment experience across video, digital, and programmatic buying.
• Experience leading investment/activation teams and developing talent.
• Strong knowledge of linear TV, streaming, and digital channels including direct/programmatic buying.
• Proficiency with DSPs, ad servers, planning and analytics tools.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and quantitative skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead investment strategy and marketplace expertise across channels to meet client objectives.
• Oversee national video and direct digital negotiations and budget efficiency.
• Manage campaign activation, pacing, optimization, and delivery with QA oversight.
• Build trusted client relationships and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Lead daily team workflow, coach staff, and provide performance feedback.
• Support agency growth through new business pitches and knowledge sharing.
