Dentsu International Americas in Chicago is seeking a Senior Director, Unified Investment to lead the development and execution of integrated media investment strategies for key clients. You will ensure media channels work together to drive business performance, efficiency, and growth across Search, Social, Programmatic, Video, and Retail Media.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in media investment, media planning or performance marketing.
• 3+ years of team leadership or people management experience.
• Strong expertise across digital channels including Search, Social, Programmatic, Video, and Retail Media.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships and influence stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication, presentation and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated investment strategy across multiple channels.
• Develop cross-channel investment strategies to drive measurable business outcomes.
• Provide strategic guidance on media allocation, investment prioritization and optimization.
• Leverage audience insights, performance data, marketplace trends and competitive intelligence.
