Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a senior leader to drive the integrated leadership development strategy and enterprise career initiatives. You will design and deploy leadership programs, mentor programs, and coaching frameworks across a large, matrixed organization.

You will partner with HR and business leaders to embed career development into talent processes, measure impact with data, and lead a high-performing team responsible for program design and delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 12+ years experience OR Master’s degree plus 10+ years experience.
• Experience designing, implementing, and measuring leadership or career development programs in a complex matrixed organization.
• Strong ability to influence senior leaders across functions and/or business units.

Responsibilities

• Lead the integrated leadership development strategy and deployment of programs aligned to enterprise leadership expectations and talent strategies.
• Oversee enterprise mentorship strategies and coaching framework design and measurement.
• Partner with HR and sector HR to ensure seamless and differentiated experiences, using data to improve outcomes.
• Manage budgets, contracts, and resources to deliver high-impact solutions.
