Job summary

Northrop Grumman seeks a Director of Leadership Development to design and deliver the enterprise leadership and career development strategy. The role is preferred to be located in Falls Church, VA, with potential remote arrangements.

You will lead leadership programs, mentor a high-performing team, and partner with HR and sector leaders to embed career development into talent processes and track outcomes using data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, OD, Business, Psychology or related field with 12+ years of relevant experience (or Master's with 10+ years).
• Experience designing and delivering enterprise leadership programs in a large, matrixed org.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise leadership development strategy and programs aligned to talent priorities.
• Embed career development into core talent processes and drive adoption.
• Establish enterprise mentorship, coaching, and early career initiatives.
• Partner with HR and sector leaders to ensure strategy aligns with business needs.
