Wynn Resorts seeks an Executive Director of Corporate Investigations to lead strategic investigations across Wynn Las Vegas. You will oversee complex matters, coordinate with HR, Legal, Compliance, IT, Internal Audit, and regulators, ensuring professionalism and confidentiality.

The role requires guiding investigations from planning to reporting, mentoring investigators, and driving proactive risk mitigation in a high‑stakes environment. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Ten years of progressive investigative experience with leadership roles.
• Five years in senior management leading investigative teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, business, law, security or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee the corporate investigations strategy for Wynn Las Vegas.
• Lead investigations involving fraud, embezzlement, policy violations, and compliance matters.
• Provide leadership and establish standards, procedures, and best practices.
• Ensure investigations are thorough, confidential, and compliant with laws.
• Direct collection, preservation, and analysis of evidence.
• Collaborate with HR and Employee Relations during investigations.
• Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, Internal Audit, Information Security and others on high‑risk matters.
• Prepare investigative reports and executive briefings for senior leadership.
• Identify trends and develop risk‑based mitigation strategies.
• Maintain relationships with regulators and law enforcement.
• Support litigation, audits, and regulatory reviews with investigation expertise.
• Develop metrics and tools to measure investigative effectiveness.
