Swickard Auto Group in Las Vegas seeks an experienced Corporate Security Investigator to lead complex investigations across 40+ rooftops. You will partner with HR, Legal, Finance, and IT to establish facts, preserve evidence, and strengthen internal controls.

The role requires 5+ years in investigations, strong interviewing and reporting skills, and knowledge of employment and criminal laws. You will manage cases end-to-end, coordinate with law enforcement, and help prevent fraud and misconduct.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of corporate, law enforcement, retail, or workplace investigative experience
• Experience handling workplace investigations involving discrimination, harassment, and retaliation
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws affecting investigations

Responsabilités

• Conduct prompt, thorough investigations from intake to closure
• Interview witnesses and subjects and assess credibility
• Collect and preserve records, footage, and electronic evidence; coordinate with IT/cybersecurity
• Prepare objective reports with findings and recommendations
• Support HR with fact-finding while ensuring leadership makes informed decisions
• Coordinate with Legal for compliance and legal interpretation
• Identify risks and recommend improvements to policies and controls
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and law enforcement as needed
• Assist in litigation support and testimony when required
• Uphold ethical standards and protect sensitive information
