Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of ethics, compliance, or related experience.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee ethics and compliance programs.
• Oversee corporate investigations function and hotline operations.
• Report to Board and Risk Committee on compliance status and observations.
• Conduct risk assessments and audits; drive corrective actions.
• Collaborate with internal audit on compliance matters.
• Provide training to promote a culture of ethics and compliance.
• Guide senior management on ethics and compliance matters.
