Job summary

Lumen is a trusted network for AI-powered systems and data connectivity. The Senior Director of Corporate Ethics and Compliance will lead ethics, compliance programs and investigations oversight to ensure adherence to laws and industry standards across the organization.

You will develop training, manage the corporate investigations function, oversee whistleblower processes, and report to the Board on compliance status and material findings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in law; JD preferred/required for senior leadership.
• Minimum of 10 years in ethics/compliance or related field.
• Strong knowledge of laws, regulations and industry standards.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing ethics/compliance programs.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
• High integrity and ethical judgment; strong analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and oversee ethics and compliance programs aligned to guidelines.
• Oversee whistleblower hotline, quarterly Board reporting, and risk committee updates.
• Conduct risk assessments and audits; implement corrective actions.
• Partner with internal audit on compliance matters.
• Oversee corporate investigations team and hotline analysts.
• Provide ongoing monitoring for potential noncompliance.
• Deliver training to promote a culture of ethics and compliance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve compliance issues.
