Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Transaction Management Director in Indianapolis to oversee a team handling leases, renewals, and dispositions for clients. You will supervise staff, coordinate daily activities, coach performance, and ensure on-time delivery of transaction objectives.

You will leverage strong knowledge of real estate processes, finance, and MS Office to deliver client-ready reports and presentations while aligning with CBRE's standards and client goals.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of relevant experience in real estate transaction management.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred; equivalent combination considered.
• Real Estate Salesperson license required.
• Experience in staffing, training, development, coaching, and performance evaluation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff; conduct performance evaluations and coaching.
• Coordinate daily activities; set schedules and cross-train staff.
• Support acquisition, management, and disposal of land and facilities.
• Develop client report packages and deliver presentations.
• Negotiate with internal and external partners to align on goals.
