ADP, Inc. is seeking a seasoned executive to lead its Commercial Banking division in St. Louis.

The President will shape strategy, oversee lending, treasury management, and client development, while ensuring risk, regulatory, and profitability targets are met. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
Ten to fifteen years of progressive commercial banking leadership experience, including direct oversight of commercial lending teams.
Demonstrated success in business development, credit management, and leading cross‑functional teams.
Proven track record of driving profitable growth within a commercial banking environment.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic direction, planning, and execution of all commercial banking activities.
Oversee commercial loan and deposit production, portfolio management, and credit quality.
Mentor and develop commercial bankers, relationship managers, and treasury professionals.
Drive sales efforts and strategies of the commercial lending and treasury teams.
Develop and implement competitive commercial banking products and treasury management solutions.
